In contrast to chemical polyurethane spray foam, airKrete® is a foamed in place insulation based on cement, has a high R-Value of 3.9 per inch; and will not shrink or settle over time, therefore, providing the best energy and thermal efficiency. airKrete® is inorganic (natural) foam that has the consistency of shaving cream making it is easy to install, and lightweight. It has no dust, creates no mess, is odour free and is ideal where chemically sensitive issues are a concern. airKrete® is free of Asbestos and all CFC’s, HCFC’s and formaldehyde. It has no carcinogenic fibres, no off gassing and is also non-hazardous as waste.
