Our free home inspection program includes:
- A full visual inspection of your home or commercial property’s insulation points from roof to cellar
- Examine all weather-stripping, and the state of caulking around windows and doors
- Determine if venting in attic areas and soffits is adequate to allow proper air-flow to avoid condensation and wood rot
- Identify conditions that may create mold, mildew or other health hazards such as obvious signs of asbestos or urea formaldehyde insulation
- Provide a full report including our recommendations for any improvements that may be required
